Founded in 1999 in a modest auditorium in the beautiful village of
Sreekrishnapuram, our college began its journey with limited resources
but limitless determination. The dedication of students, teachers,
and the local community laid the foundation for what Government
Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram is today - a growing hub of
technical education and a source of pride for its alumni.
In October 2022, the alumni in the UAE came together to form the
UAE chapter of the GEC Sreekrishnapuram Alumni. We now proudly
call ourselves AGES UAE - Alumni of Government Engineering College
Sreekrishnapuram.

quality education is unwavering. FISAT’s alumni have left a profound impact across

From academicians and administrators to entrepreneurs and artists, including
playback singers, actors, sports-prodigies and directors, FISAT’s
Govt. Victoria college, Palakkad is one of the oldest institutions of higher education in the Malabar region of Kerala. GVC, Palakkad is affiliated to University of Calicut and the college offers UG and PG courses in science, arts, and commerce subjects. The college came into existence in 1866 as a rate school (so called because it depended on an educational rate system for its finances, which was levied by the local government at that time). In 1888, the institution was raised to the rank of second grade college affiliated to University of Madras and thus becoming the second government college in the erstwhile madras presidency. GVC has a distinguished Alumni which included many eminent personalities such as MT Vasudevan Nair, TN Seshan, EMS Namboodiripad, O Rajagopal, OV Vijayan, E Sreedharan, Unni Menon, Madhusoodhanan Nair and KR Ramanathan.
MES Kalladi College, Mannarkkad is the proud symbol of the Muslim Educational Society, Calicut, to the cause of higher education in Kerala. The first college started by MES and also the felicitous outcome of the noble endeavor of late Kalladi Cheriya Kunhammed Sahib and the local public. Started as a junior college in 1967. The college was accredited at A+ grade in the third cycle by NAAC in 2019.
‘Kalladianz UAE’ is an acknowledgment of the educational bond that unites and binds all under one umbrella known as Kalladianz (Students who have completed their education from MES Kalladi College – Mannarkkad, Palakkad). Kalladianz started their journey by organizing an Iftar for old students on 31 May 2018 which exhibited the gathering and bonding of more than 400+ Kalladianz around UAE, which indeed was a great step towards back to back gatherings and events in different parts of UAE later. During this time span, the Association sponsors around the globe have come forward to help and support the students of MES Kalladi College. The Association owns a Job Cell Home having a team from top companies around UAE to support Kalladianz for acquiring job and related support. Kalladianz units are actively functioning in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other Emirates of UAE. Kalladianz successfully celebrates their Annual Mega Gathering as Kalladianz College Day every year.
The Founding President was Mr. Abdul Razak and later Ms. Reena and Mr. Noufal Kappad are continued, the leadership as the Presidents of MES Kalladianz UAE. Currently the Kalladiaz UAE is under the leadership of Mr. Sayed Jasim as President, Mr. Rahamathlla Theverthodi as General Secretary and Mr. Muzammil Khateeb as Treasurer. Ms. Bindu James is the current AKCAF Representiive of MES Kalladianz UAE.
NSS College, Nemmara is a feather in the cap as part of higher education scenario in the underdeveloped parts of Palakkad district. This college, which was established in 1966 by Late Bharatha Kesari Mannathu Padmanabhan, is the hallowed portal which has seen the development and rise of several generations of youth. NSS College Nemmara, located in the economically backward zone of Nemmara caters to the educational demands of a vast area which includes even the tribal villages of Nelliyampathy.
The dreams and hopes of many have been actualized by this institution. This institution lies in the lap of verdant greenery of Nelliyampathy of the Western ghats and is close to Thrissur NH. This institution has twelve-degree courses and 3 post graduate courses. This college, which is affiliated to the University of Calicut has around 1600 students studying in it. For the progress and upliftment of these students about 100 academic and administrative staff are working here. Development and widening of mental horizons through education is a goal that is aimed at and sustained by the respected NSS management, duty-oriented staff and motivated student community. In 2017 this esteemed institution was Re-accredited with ‘A’ Grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

Sree Neelakanta Government Sanskrit College (SNGS), Pattambi, Palakkad, is a state-run fi rst-grade Arts and Science college affi liated with the University of Calicut. Founded in 1899 by Punnassery Neelakanta Sarma as a Sanskrit school, the institution has grown into a recognized Centre of Excellence and holds a prestigious NAAC A+ accreditation with a CGPA of 3.46. The college blends traditional Sanskrit heritage with modern disciplines in science, commerce, and research. With structured programs from UG to PhD, a green campus, and strong academic infrastructure, SNGS is a leading government college in Kerala. In the UAE, former batch-wise alumni groups merged in 2023 to form a unifi ed SNGS Alumni Association. Now with over 250 active members, the group continues to grow and actively collaborates through its affi liation with AKCAF Association. Established in 2009, Sreepathy Institute of Management and Technology (SIMAT) is
a self-fi nancing Engineering College located in Vavanoor, Palakkad, and is affi liated
with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. SIMAT offers six B.Tech programs—
Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering
(EEE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Civil Engineering (CE), Computer Science
Engineering (CSE), and Artifi cial Intelligence & Data Science. The institution is proud
to hold NAAC B++ accreditation along with NBA accreditation, refl ecting its academic
